JA Mentoring Men is a program designed to help introduce more men to Junior Achievement and to inspire and support JA boys in special mentoring initiatives. We want to build a circle of support for young men, helping them prepare for life after high school. The goal is to build their confidence and skills for career, business, and financial empowerment.
Inspiring & Preparing High School Boys to Succeed
When: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 - Tuesday, May 20, 2025
Through 1/2 day mentor experiences, teens practice personal finance, learn from prominent male entrepreneurs and explore varied careers.
With a focus on confidence boosting and helping teens take control of their own financial and career futures, JA Mentoring Men mentors share their professional experiences to inspire.
This program is provided FREE of charge to the school thanks to our local funding partners.

Leading Ladies Presenting Sponsor
As a Presenting Sponsor for all Mentor Day activities, you'll have the opportunity to impact up to 550 teen boys from schools across the Greater Baton Rouge area. Your brand will be prominently featured on collateral, digital platforms, and event promotions. You will also receive media inclusion, a speaking opportunity at our events, and the chance to provide branded swag. Furthermore, you'll have the unique opportunity to insert your brand into our student digital career booklet and participate in multiple employee engagement activities.
Mentoring Men Visionary Sponsor
As a Visionary Sponsor, you will inspire and empower young men to envision and create their futures. Your sponsorship will directly support our vision board activity, where high school boys from the Greater Baton Rouge area will learn to set goals, dream big, and map out their career and life aspirations.
Mentoring Men Inspiration Sponsor
As an Inspiration Sponsor, you will play a crucial role in motivating and uplifting young women as they navigate their educational and career journeys. Your sponsorship will support inspirational events and activities to encourage high school boys from the Greater Baton Rouge area to dream big and reach their full potential.
Mentoring Men Empower Sponsor
As an Empower Sponsor, your logo and brand will receive prominent recognition at all Mentor events. You will have the opportunity to distribute branded promotional items to students in the program, enhancing your brand's visibility and engagement. Additionally, your sponsorship will enable 25 teens to enroll in the program, directly contributing to their personal and professional growth.
